Architecture
Architecture is the art and science of designing buildings in open spaces. We must consider form, texture, structure, space, mass materials, and costs before designing a building.
Construction
Construction must conform to local building regulations. Cost of construction vary based on site conditions, local regulations and the availability of skilled tradespeople.
Knowledge
We are licensed architects and General Contractors. We have 25-years post degree experiences in preparing design documents, repairs and rehabilitation of buildings.
Tenant Improvements
We are skilled at solving building design problems. We layout the construction work in simple drawings including written material descriptions according to local building codes.
Remedial Repairs
We analyze damages to show the origin and causation of water intrusion problems based on our construction knowledge. Next, we prepare solutions and/or maintenance repairs.
Project Administration
We provide oversight to fix unexpected conditions during construction. Our work includes updates of the construction progress and assistance with the building department approvals.
Accessibility
We provide design standards to ensure access to all with disabilities regarding public accommodations in residential, retail, commercial, institutional and medical facilities.
Investigation
We have specialized training in various building systems and building materials to show options to defend and/or refute claims in the successful conclusions to legal matters.
Record Documents
We help with the assessment of existing buildings to ensure existing conditions are safe. We measure and document existing conditions for approvals by the Building Department.
